really like this implementation, i've tried similar things in a web app and ended up with mostly clown music. also had no idea how good it would feel to read a human written github readme again. felt great

Wow, didn't know about Spotify's basic-pitch or that any song to midi model existed. Gonna be a good time sink to play around with. The standalone mac app build was straightforward, thanks.
